If you see an addon you want to add to it then click the add to collection button and done. To do this your going to need to go to the gmod workshop then find the collections tab and at the side you will see a create collection, your going to fill it all in call it what every you want then add all the addons to it.
Shift that camera into third gear and get back to having fun. If you’re playing alone, though, you won’t have a problem. The issue is that you need the power to use this command, and many public servers don’t allow sv_cheats. You’ll then see a prompt, where you can type “sv_cheats 1” and then “thirdperson.” If your server has cheats enabled, you can just type in “thirdperson.” Type all of these without quotation marks, by the way. Hit the tilde on your keyboard (it’s the little squiggle: ~) to bring up the console. Alternatively, this can be done on a server that allows cheats. That means you have to be in a server where you have administrator powers or are a moderator with those privileges. Next, you’ll need the power to use console commands.
Head to Options in the main menu and then to Advanced options, where you’ll check mark the box to enable console. While many of us would love to run around with cameras zoomed out, you’ll need console commands to enter third person mode.įirst, you’ll need to enable the console.
Enabling third person view in Garry’s Mod isn’t difficult, it’s just not always possible.
